How to request warranty (return, repair and refund)
Only faulty items can be returned under warranty.
If your item has an issue,please submit a ticket to our Support Center
Please follow the warranty process:
1.Please describe the problem with your item in details(what happened and when?) stating your order number and product code ( sku number).
2.Please tell us what steps you have already taken to solve the issue.
3.If the product itself has a problem.Pls send to us Support Center. You need to provide shipping invoice(if the product itself has a problem we will refund you the shipping costs )and also you need to provide the new tracking number.
4.Please send us clear picture or video of the defects in good lighting.
5.If you receive product damage, first do not throw packaging and face sheets, provide photos to us.
PS: Ideally, the photos/videos should be clear and focused, under good lighting conditions, and taken at close and medium distance.
    We will do our best to help you.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Contact our Support Center , on the same day of receiving the item, and ship the product back via the least expensive
method.The item will be exchanged with a replacement upon all details received (pictures/videos).
 1 year Free Repair Warranty
Missing items, wrong items or package sent
Please be sure to open the parcel and check the contents before signing for the package.
Please follow the warranty process:
1) Contact us with your order number along with the product model
2) Please send us clear picture of the outer package and the item ( if applicable)
-If we haven't sent the item by mistake, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.
-If we have shipped the wrong item: Please send it back, we will bear the shipping fee,We will either refund you in full or dispatch an item
  with an alternative item (if applicable).
-If you have purchased the wrong item: you can return the product back to us for a full refund or exchange. Shipping fees to return the item(s)
  to our warehouse and to resend a replacement will be covered by customer both ways.
Warranty Exemptions
The buyer must pay the reshipping fee to us before the item is authorized for repair.Product degradation
through wear and tear, along with breakage during use, is the customer's responsibility and is not covered by warranty.
Note: If the buyer has damaged/misused the item(s), it will immediately void the product's warranty.
No compensation is available in such cases. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase replacements or spare parts (if applicable).
We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them.
Warranty for returning procedure
Please pay attention to the following details before sending
1.Returned address: (before sending item back to us pls contact us and ask the returned address )
2.Returned tracking No.and tracking website should be offered once parcel shipped (Important!!!) so that we could follow the parcel.
